Hey y’all!! I’m trying to learn how to cook more vegan and gluten free meals. I made this avocado pasta a few days ago and wanted to share 🙂 I like spicy food so next time I’d probably throw in some chilly peppers. It was a super easy recipe you can make if you have zero time!!
Brown rice pasta (cook as per instructions on the back)
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tbsp of oil
Salt (1/2 tsp or more, as you prefer)
Chillies (optional if you want it spicy)
6-7 Cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
