It´s a really simple and fast recipe that is also healthy and delicious!
Noodles (gf if needed)
2 big potatoes
nutritional yeast (add until its cheesy)
salt & pepper
something spicy (optional)
1. Cook the chopped potatoes and carrots for 25min
2. Add them with a little bit of the water into a blender
3. Add in all the rest of the ingredients & more seasonings if needed
4. Blend everything up and add the sauce to the noodles
DONE !! 😉
