Savory beet and goat cheese dinner cake | gluten free

Thanks for joining me here on my channel! I’m very excited to share this colorful recipe with you. You can serve it as a hearty lunch or a festive dinner. It sure is a good one to impress your friends!

for the cake you need:
6 eggs
1 teaspoon honey
160 gr. whole grain rice flour (regular flour works as well, but it won’t be gluten free)
1teaspoon or less of salt
1teaspoon smoked paprika
1teaspoon garlic powder
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 cooked beets
250gr. soft goat’s cheese or feta cheese
fresh thyme

bake at 180 C for 25 minutes

for the chutney you’ll need:

400gr. cherry tomatoes
olive oil to sautee
3 cloves of garlic sliced
1 onion, chopped
finely chopped beet stalks (optional)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (balsamic or red wine vinegar works as well)
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon arrow root powder (corn starch works, but it will create a slightly different result)
salt and chili flakes to taste
