I’m back at the grocery store to show you my favorite and healthiest gluten free foods on the market. Even though we have amazing gluten free selections now, it does not means that it’s good for you. Instead of starchy fillers, look for foods with whole grains and beans, and try to avoid too many preservatives and additives. Right now is a great time to be gluten free, the grocery stores are full of exciting foods that taste great and don;t make you feel like you have to sacrifice just because you are not eating gluten.
